After the wedding was over, we still had a bit of time to enjoy in Evansville before heading back to the sunshine state.
We had fun at the post-wedding brunch at Jenny's mom's house where the boys brushed up on their pool playing skills...
We also had fun playing around Mimsy and Grandpa's house...
...houses with multiple stories are so much fun! They're even more fun when you can watch the deer from the windows inside of them...
We also made sure to squeeze in lots of snuggle time...
...and caught up on our rest after all that partying...
Another highlight of our visit was our annual Christmas get together at my Aunt and Uncle's house. This year, we made it extra special by all wearing lovely Christmas sweaters...
...the family just keeps growing. Aren't we a good looking bunch of siblings???
Leah and Scott won the award for best vests...
...although I think Jenny's bells on her sweater stole the show.
I think we're going to have to move up to the 5 by 7 photo prints in order to see everyone in the photos...
Lon always has a new gadget to try out to improve the photography process too...
...he's the best!!
A family get-together at Peggy and Lon's isn't complete without at least a few games of Uno...
....we take our Uno games very seriously :-).
Before we knew it, it was time to head back home for a little Christmas fun at our own house...
...I sure wish we all lived closer and could see each other more often but in the mean time, we're super grateful for FaceTime and airplanes.
