They sure do give good hugs...if you can get them to slow down enough to catch them :-)
Other than the fact that we traded some fun Valentines this morning...
....and went to a fantastically fun love-bug play date this morning....
...it's business as usual in these parts. (I guess we can scratch the pinata idea for the boys' party. Colton was the only one who would even attempt it, and that was after everyone else was no longer interested in it. Funny how they have no problem being destructive when they're not supposed to...they keep me guessing, that's for sure. I'm thinking there was too much pressure with everyone watching.)
Anyways....the last couple of days have been fun. We've played with our favorite toys...
...cars and trucks are a BIG hit these days. Especially when you have enough to sort by size and color all by yourself :-)
We made it to the park...
...and had a great time until this showed up full of screaming "big kids" who ran us off...
....the upside was, it was easy to get the boys to leave the park :-)
We headed home to play around with some crafts instead. Th boys have really been into painting lately and wanted to paint their valentines for Daddy...
We also tested out a craft for next week's play group...
...it's a winner!!!
We even had time to test our our new train cake pan from Aunt Abigail and Uncle Scott...
...decorating was ESPECIALLY fun for the boys...
...they don't mess around with the sprinkles. YUM!!!!
As you can see, we've been sampling lots of sweets lately...
...including some that stain our lips :-) Fun stuff!
We've had some gorgeous weather for playing outside...
....and riding bikes...
...and we're hoping the gorgeous weather continues this weekend so we can be outside as much as possible.
