Complete this circuit 3 times, with a minute rest in between each circuit.
Jumping jacks – 50
Squats with 15 lb dumbbells– 20
Squat jumps – 20
Alternating lunges – 20
Burpees – 15
Push ups – 15
Mountain climbers – 30
Crunches on exercise ball – 50
