On the assisted pull-ups and dips, I had the pin at 14. I wish I knew what that meant... For the seated row I did 75 lbs and for the incline press I think I used 40 lbs. I'll write it down next time. <br /><br />Supersets are two exercises done back to back without resting in between. You can superset in lots of different ways. In this example, I supersetted opposing muscles--back and chest. I'll explain more with some other future posts. Great idea.
